I am helping a lovely French lady who runs a holiday rental agency and has too many clients, not enough villas (and apartments) for the April – September period. The areas of interest to her are not too far from Argeles, eg St Cyprien, Sorede, La Roque, Coullioure, Port Vendres, and Argeles. She is very efficient, and nice!, takes only 15% and – unusually, – pays all the rental straight into your euro account, and you then pay her the 15% + any other expenses (eg linen hire, cleaning) at the END of the season!
